Essex Wholegrain Quinoa

Grown by Peter Fairs in the fields of Essex, our quinoa is deliciously nutty and light. It's easy to cook and perfect for salads, as a side dish, in soups or for baking. Unlike imported Quinoa, our variety is naturally sweet, and therefore undertakes very little polishing or processing so retains a wholegrain flavour.
