The Autumn/Winter 2017 Collection follows the voyage of the finest cocoa beans from Conacado, in the Dominican Republic, across the Atlantic Ocean shipped by Fairtransport on the sailboat 'Tres Hombres'. These cocoa beans are expertly roasted, refined and conché at Felchlin, Switzerland into well balanced chocolate couverture which are moulded and packaged at Stella & Bernrain, Switzerland, to create a velvety true cocoa taste adventure.
Ocean Creed is made with cocoa shipped by sailboat. All other ingredients added are locally produced. Packaged in compostable foil and recyclable carton box.
The cocoa used to make Ocean Creed chocolate is the only exotic ingredient and shipped transatlantic by sailboat. The sugar added is produced in Switzerland. Ocean Creed is made from non-GMO ingredients. The cocoa is Organic and Fairtrade. Ocean Creed is wrapped in compostable foil made from sustainable managed tree plantations.
