    Technical garment design

    Technical Garment Design takes place at the manufactures’ office in Manchester, including size and fitting (such as poppers) specifications, fabric selections, detailing of cut, stitch, print and applique methods, label design, regulatory compliance, safety testing and quality control tests.

    Manufacturing: The Yarn House

    Certified Organic Cotton is spun into yarn in a family run Turkish factory.

    Manufacturing: The Print House

    At the print machine the panels of a garment are placed in the trays. The top part of the machine (the arms) will rotate around and each arm will print the design - from the blue screens. This machine enables one worker to be able to print many garments at once.

    Applique details are added to garments at the embroidery house, which is family run.

    The Final Product

    The final product is then shipped to London where it is sold. The profits are then donated to charities that support abandoned children around the world.
