Peruvian Yacon Root Syrup is the hero ingredient. Recently in Oxfordshire, Lucy has harvested her one year old Yacon plants and now has some juicy tubers! Along with flax, they provide vital prebiotic fibres for appreciative tums whilst nuts and seeds ensure balanced steady energy.
