    Our customers

Our customers are from all over North London. Here are some of the great things they make with the haddock.

A simple haddock and leek risotto (with the rice cooked in lots of white wine!) Yum.

    • Smoked haddock has a wonderful flavour and doesn’t need much enhancement. Fried for few minutes with olive oil and garlic. Served with freshly chopped parsley, lemon zest, tagliatelle pasta and asparagus.
