I was a chartered accountant for over 20 years before changing track completely to pursue my passion for gardening and cooking. The result was my savoury preserves business where I still use exactly the same methods I did in my home kitchen - just on a much larger scale.

  • Environmental Impact

    Even as a small business it is possible to do something positive. All of our organic waste is composted along with most of our packaging (some is reused for shipping). Our plastic is recycled in the garden and polytunnel where we grow fruit and vegetables organically.
