We are a group of people happily living in the Highlands of Scotland with a passion for quality food, sustainably produced.

We started this adventure in 1987. Our objective was to build a unique community of fishermen, farmers, processors, retailers and consumers passionate about great quality and taste, sustainability, fair trade and animal welfare. The aim has been to build a company defined by high quality food farmed in the sea.
