Non-Food Organic Certification

The Non-Food Organic Certification is issued by the Non-Food Certification Company (NFCC), a wholly-owned subsidiary of the Organic Food Federation. The Organic Food Federation was established in 1986 and is recognised by DEFRA (Department Environment Food & Rural Affairs) as an organic certification body. NFCC developed standards in 2003 to provide certification to processors of personal care products which are not currently covered by organic regulations.
