- The product must contain no more than 20mg/kg (20 ppm) of gluten as sold to the final consumer
What documents do I need to supply?
Evidence should strongly support the claim and will be made publicly available - Gluten test report from an accredited laboratory, using the R5 Mendez ELISA method or equivalent validated method, confirming the product contains ≤20mg/kg gluten
Who can verify this Proof Point?
Verifiers are third parties who can confirm the validity of a given Proof Point - Coeliac UK (Crossed Grain certification) - AOECS (Association of European Coeliac Societies) - UKAS-accredited or equivalently accredited testing laboratory
