What are the requirements for this Proof Point?

Criteria

• Individuals who identify as people of colour own more than a 50% stake in the company; or
• 20% or more of the company is owned by individuals who identify as people of colour AND at least 50% of the senior management team and/or board of directors identify as people of colour
