Criteria

The packaging must meet one of the following criteria:

• Shoppers can purchase a refill of the same product

• Shoppers can take the packaging to a store to be refilled with the same product

• Shoppers can return the empty packaging so that it can be reused by the brand

• The product is designed to refill existing packaging

Additionally

• The refill's packaging recyclability must be the same or better than the original's packaging

Publication Requirements

• Specify how the packaging should be reused

Accepted Evidence

Evidence should strongly support the claim and will be made publicly available

• Website link with refills or explaining refill model

Accepted Verifiers

Verifiers are third parties who can confirm the validity of a given Proof Point

• Service provider if using an external service for reuse
