OF&G Organic
The OF&G Organic label, certifies products that meet the UK's organic farming standards. Approved by Defra and accredited by UKAS, OF&G certification ensures responsible agricultural practices, restricts synthetic pesticides and GMOs, promotes biodiversity, and guarantees at least 95% organic ingredients in processed foods. It supports transparency and consumer trust in organic products across the UK organic supply chain.

ProductStandard Summary
A product must meet the following standards:
Use farming methods that enhance soil fertility and biodiversity.
Ensure genetically modified organisms (GMOs) are not used in farming and production.
Synthetic pesticides, herbicides, and chemical fertilisers use is strictly limited to exceptional cases
Any livestock must have access to outdoor grazing and organic feed.
For processed foods, at least 95% of ingredients must be organic, and only approved additives can be used.
Certified operators are subject to at least one mandatory annual on-site inspection, carried out by OF&G as a UKAS-accredited, Defra-approved control body.
